Product Warranty Replacement
All electrical products purchased from lastonegadget.com come with a standard 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.
If you selected the optional 1-year extended warranty during checkout, your coverage is extended to a total of 3 years.
If an electrical fault occurs within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product with a brand-new unit at no additional cost.
This warranty does not apply in the following cases:
Physical damage caused by drops, impacts, or mishandling
Normal wear and tear from regular use
Malfunctions due to incorrect setup, misuse, or negligence

You will receive an automated response. Kindly reply to that message and include a short video clearly demonstrating the issue — for example, the product not powering on, not charging, or failing to connect.
If the issue cannot be verified via video, we may ask you to return the product to our facility for inspection.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender. Cash-on-delivery (COD) returns will not be accepted.
Warranty requests will only be approved if all the conditions outlined above are met.
